Hello, my name is Dr Sarah Andrews. After graduating from Cardiff University I moved to Exeter to be a junior doctor at the RD&E. I planned to only spend a few years in Devon but after only a few months I had fallen for the county and decided to stay. It was during my time as a junior doctor that I choose to become a GP and soon moved into GP training. During my time as a trainee I was fortunate enough to be able to develop certain areas of interest including education and leadership. As a trainee I was a registrar at Rolle and I am now delighted to have been able to return to work here as a GP.

I also work at Exeter University as a Tutor at the Medical School and I have a further role with Devon Training Hub where I work to help improve workforce issues within Primary Care.
