An excellent, professional surgery.

I essentially registered with Rolle Medical at random, since I needed to register with a GP but hadn't needed to see a GP in 14 years. That changed last year however, with a sudden plethora of health problems. I have been consistently impressed, however, with how Rolle Medical responded to this variety of health problems, including the extent to which they chased up suspected issues where other medical facilities had given rather vague information, and count myself lucky that I chose to register with them during my time living in Exmouth. I am also particularly happy with the online facilities, allowing not only booking of appointments and so on, but allowing me access to various test information, a degree of transparency I found very reassuring.

I receive excellent service and respect from this surgery.

I have two chronic illnesses which are not terminal but are incurable. The doctor and his team have been excellent with these issues and have referred me onto specialist personnel or immediate hospital appointments when needed. I have recently had a bad bout of labyrinthitis, the doctor immediately sent me for hosptal addmission via ambulance. Paramedics and Exeter RDE staff were fantastic in sorting me out and Rolle Surgery team in the after care. I would like to add the Practice Nurses and Nurse Practioners have always been excellent in solving my problems as quick as is possible. Lastly the receptionists are always helpful and courteous. The toilets facilities are always clean and tidy. Only complaint is the waiting room i.e. it is always airless, especially in this abnormal weather.

Excellent practice with many exceptional nurses, GPs & staff

Rolle medical partnership is an excellent GP surgery - we as a family of six have been patients there for 28 years and our experience has always been positive. Generally all the GPs are very good - but there are some exceptional doctors, some exceptional nurses and many excellent admin support staff. The surgery is modern, friendly, clean, well presented and well equipped. There is a progressive pursuit towards excellence and a forward drive towards continual improvement. We are proud that Rolle Medical Partnership is our practice.

quick emergency appointment

Thank you for arranging an emergency appointment for me so promptly on Monday morning. I was diagnosed so quickly which meant I could start treatment as soon as possible.
