Salaried GP: Substantive

• Salary: £10,858 per session per annum, plus defence union subscription
• Sessions: 3- 5 sessions (flexible)  

We are looking for a new GP colleague to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic team in Exmouth, which is on the beautiful East Devon coast.  We are looking to expand our excellent team of 9 partners, 4 salaried doctors, registrars, prescribing pharmacists, nurse prescribers, practice nurses & HCA’s.  

We are a very happy practice with strong positive working relationship which contribute to fantastic team working and morale.  We have a good reputation as an employer and hold the best parties!  We continue to be flexible in the ways we support our colleagues and continue to be open to different ways of working to support our staff e.g remote working.

We are a PMS training practice, serving 12,389 patients and have two surgery sites.  We have MDT meetings, educational and clinical meetings.  We provide contraception services, dermoscopy and minor surgery, supporting special interest areas.  

We are an active member of our Primary Care Network, working collaboratively as a multi-professional team in developing new and innovative services.

We would support the New to Practice GP Fellowship for eligible candidates and can provide mentorship and an extended induction for newly qualified GPs, or those returning to clinical practice. There may be an opportunity of a future partnership position if this is desired.

You will enjoy continuity of care with your own patient list and contribute to the duty rota. Experience with System1 and Ardens templates would be beneficial.   Informal visits are welcomed.
